The government arrested a black woman who scammed 10K with fake COVID-19 business claims. It is one of many recent arrests around the US of people who tried to trick the FEDS into sending coronavirus cash to businesses that didn’t exist. The sad photo shared by Cyn Santana shows the black woman in tears as police handcuff her for the 10K coronavirus business scam.
When the $10,000 hit her bank account she probably felt Christmas came early, but it turned into a nightmare soon after. It’s not clear how the government discovered the fake COVID-19 business claim, but most people could of predicted they would eventually catch on. Now the legal trouble of her arrest will cost a lot more than the $10K she scammed with fake coronavirus business claim.
