FEDS Arrest Man Getting Haircut at Barbershop For PPP Loan Fraud in Viral Video

Fraudulent PPP Loans are getting many people caught up with law as police continue to crack down on people who attempted to scam the system. We’ve seen GoFundMe campaigns started by people who have to payback these loans, but we’ve never seen a video of an arrest happening until now. Viral footage shows FEDS arresting a man getting a haircut at a barbershop for PPP Loan fraud.

As the video starts you can see the man getting a fade as 4 police officers stand patiently waiting in the background. The man knowns he’s about to be arrested for PPP Loan fraud, but taunts the cops anyway while they nicely wait for him to get his last haircut before going to prison.

What is a PPP Loan?

A PPP loan stands for the Paycheck Protection Program established by Federal Government in 2020 to help businesses strangled by the Coronavirus pandemic. The government set $953 Billion aside to support this part of the CARES act. What people learned is that you could easily scam the government by setting up fake businesses with fake workers to receive a massive paycheck through the PPP loan program. However, months later they also learned that the FEDS are always watching.

Now people like the man at the barbershop who scammed the Federal Government have to pay back the money or face jailtime. Below is an example of recent surge of fraudulent PPP Loan GoFundMe campaigns setup by people trying to avoid same fate as the guy in the video above.

PPP Loan fraud can land you in prison for up to 30 years. That’s probably why those police let the barber finish the man’s haircut, it could be his last one in the outside world for a very long time.
