Riots have began in Philadelphia with protesters chasing police with objects after Philly Police shot and killed Walter Wallace Jr. The viral footage shows Philadelphia rioters chasing Philadelphia police while throwing objects at them as they run for safety. People can be heard cheering them on.
Other footage showed SWAT teams using their shields to protect themselves from the objects being thrown at them.
It seems Philadelphia police have lost control of the situation.
The riots are in response to a video that shooting Philly Police shooting a killing a black man in front of his mother after he charged them with a knife. People feel the police used excessive force in shooting him so many times.
