Sad news has hit the Atlanta News scene. Long time WSB-TV news anchor Jovita Moore is dead. She was 54 years old at the time of her untimely death.

According to reports Jovita Moore’s cause of death is brain cancer. 6 months ago she had brain surgery to remove two brain tumors that was supposed to save her life, but unfortunately it was a battle she couldn’t win. The 5 year survival rate of brain cancer for someone in Jovita Moore’s age group is less than 20%, making it a very deadly form of cancer.
