A lawsuit alleges that in February of 2018 a person by the name of Mr. Finley living at Rosario Dawson’s house came out as transgender. Shortly after coming out, Mr. Finley was told he has to move out and claimed there was no legal grounds for his eviction. This is where things got crazy.
In April 2018, Mr. Finley said that Rosario Dawson and her family attacked him. He claims Rosario Dawson’s family dragged him out a window by one arm, then Rosario Dawson’s mother Isabella got on top of him and starting to punch him repeatedly. As she was beating him she allegedly told him “You’re not so much of a man now”.
