Giannis Antetokounmpo Injures Ankle and Recovers in a Few Seconds Like Wolverine During Game 3 Bucks vs Heat
Giannis Antetokounmpo injured his ankle and recovered in a few seconds like Wolverine during Game 3 of Bucks vs Heat. Giannis sprained his ankle as he was driving to the rim against Goran Dragic. The force of his injury literally made him ball up in mid air, and crash to the court.
Bucks fans collectively held their breath as Giannis stayed down on the court. It appears they didn’t need to, because Giannis is a real life Wolverine from X-Men.
Giannis recovered from his ankle injury only few seconds later, and proved it on the next trip down the court. He drove right at Jimmy Butler, bounced off him, then did a nifty up and under move. This was almost as crazy as Lebron James tearing his acl and recovering in a few minutes back in 2018.
Giannis looks indestructible, and this incident might be proof he really is. Giannis always said he wants to be like Lebron, and it looks like heals just like him now.
