The H.R. 6666 TRACE Act Bill authorizes Health and Human services to do diagnostic testing for COVID-19 on every person in the United States even by entering their homes using “mobile health units”. Individuals who are infected will be traced and monitored against their will. The bill will allegedly cost the government $100,000,000,000 in 2020 fiscal year.
