The Jamal Murray elbow looked intentionally upon review, and he was assessed a Flagrant 1. Lebron stayed down on the ground for a few moments trying to make sure his jaw was still functioning properly.
From the looks of it, it seems possible Jamal Murray gave Lebron a dirty elbow to the face jaw area.

Some people think that in return Jamal Murray elbowed Lebron in the face to send a message back.
