The sad mystery of Sarah Everard’s disappearance has come to an end. Assistant Commissioner Nick Ephgrave of UK Police confirmed the body found in Ashford, Kent woodlands was Sarah Everard. The young woman went missing on after visiting a friend, and taking what should have been a 50 minute walk through Clapham Common to her destination in Brixton.
A 40 year old man has been arrested for murdering Sarah Everard, and is being charged with murder along with indecent exposure in a separate incident. The case of Sarah Everard murder has caused panic and fear in women all across the world. On social media women were seen speaking out about the constant fear they live in, even during the day. It’s so sad what happened to Sarah Everard in area that was thought to be relatively safe.
