Trae Young Fights Grayson Allen Then Gets Jacked Up by Dillon Brooks During Hawks vs Grizzlies Preseason Game
Trae Young has struggled this preseason, and the anger showed in random scuffle during Hawks vs Grizzlies preseason game. With about 3 minutes to go in the third quarter Trae Young fights Grayson Allen with a hard shove sending him flying out of bounds.
After that scuffle Dillon Brooks jacked up Trae Young to send him message about bullying his teammate. Somewhere in the midst of things Trae Young hurt his ear, because he kept rubbing it as if he was feeling discomfort in that area.
This incident wasn’t the first time these two players got into a heated altercation. Back in the 2018 Summer League Trae Young fought Grayson Allen in a similar fashion.
It’s possible there is still some tension between these two after all these years. Perhaps the altercation was more personal than meets the eye.
Frustration is setting in for the Hawks and the season hasn’t even started. It could be another disappointing year even with the veteran presence of Rajon Rondo.
