Although it doesn’t look as tasty, this version of chicken fried rice probably is a lot healthier than the American version. The piece of fried chicken doesn’t look too shabby, and that fried rice with a poached egg on top doesn’t look too bad either. It was nice of them to include some fresh salad on the side.
