According to a recent rumor Kay Flock was beaten badly by a rival gang member in prison. The injuries he suffered were so severe that reports claim Kay Flock is in the hospital in a ICU. Recent public prison records show that Kay Flock was in Rikers Island West Facility, which is allegedly a hospital wing. Some people claim he was transferred to that unit due to a health issue unrelated to the alleged beating.

Not too long after the rumor went viral that Kay Flock was in ICU after getting attacked in prison, he quickly released some audio to clear the air. Kay Flock claims that he was never jumped, and the rumors are not true. He basically called out the people who made the rumor go viral.
