The Anthony Davis knee injury in Game 4 of the NBA Finals was scary. Lakers worst nightmare almost came true. Anthony Davis almost tore his ACL during Game 4 of the Heat vs Lakers NBA finals. While scrambling for a loose ball, Jimmy Butler pushed Alex Caruso into Anthony Davis’ leg.
As other players ran down the court Anthony Davis’ injury cause him to stay down on the floor, and cover his face with his hands. The arena fell silent when Alex Caruso injured Anthony Davis’ leg after the Jimmy Butler shove during Game 4.

Luckily Anthony Davis ended up appearing to be ok. When he caught an alley oop a few minutes later, it basically confirmed there was no serious damage.
A scary situation turned out to be a false alarm. Jimmy Butler pushing Alex Caruso could of made Anthony Davis tear his ACL in his first NBA Finals.
