Based on the tweets it appears he may have been with a white woman, because he wasn’t fond of women who were his same race. Among the disparaging things in the Tweets, Christian Toby Obumseli said black women are ignorant, disgraceful, and even hated them being in his government class in college. In some tweets he even talked about his longing to have “mixed babies”. It’s not clear where his ill feelings towards black women started, but it seems like he had some deep seeded hate towards them for some unknown reason based on the tweets. The controversy over Christian Toby Obumseli’s racist tweets about black women hasn’t really affected the overall support his family is receiving in terms of monetary donations. At the time of this writing Christian Toby Obumseli’s GoFundMe has received over to $70,000 in donations from 986 donors. It’s titled ‘In Memory & Justice for Christian Toby Obumseli‘.
His girlfriend Courtney Tailor is being investigated for murder, but her lawyer says she is a survivor of a domestic dispute gone wrong. A TMZ video shows her covered in his vital red fluid after allegedly stabbing him in his chest. According to reports she was sent to a mental institution after being detained, but it’s not clear if she has been released.
It’s really sad that Christian Toby Obumseli is dead, and also sad how he felt about black women.
