TikTok user Angie Mcyen was going in for a routine tonsil removal surgery at a hospital in Brisbane Queensland, but she had no idea it would change her life. She first noticed her new Irish accent has she was getting ready for a job interview. She called up all her friends and family who also confirmed her accent had completely changed.
On the Internet people tried to call Angie Yen’s Irish accent a fake ploy for attention, so she released the TikTok video below defending herself. She claims to be a private person, which is why she doesn’t have any videos to prove what her accent used to sound like before her tonsils were removed.
