Why Was Lil Boosie in San Diego California?

Boosie, who is from Louisiana, had posted on his Instagram account earlier that day that he was in California for a show at the House of Blues in San Diego. He also shared a video of himself performing at the venue, which was part of his “Living Legend Tour”. It is unclear what led to his arrest, or if he was with anyone else at the time.

Boosie has a long history of legal troubles, dating back to 2009 when he was indicted on first-degree murder charges in connection to the death of Terry Boyd, a rival rapper.
