Jamal Murray usually isn’t considered a dirty player, but he may be after this recent incident. During Mavericks vs Nuggets, Jamal Murray low blow groin attacked Tim Hardaway Jr leaving him holding his private area in immense pain.
Jamal Murray was ejected, but seemed confused as to why. The slow motion replayed showed the heinous activity he did to Tim Hardaway’s groin.
Was it accidental or intentional? Take a look.

Based on the video footage it’s really hard to tell whether he did that on purpose. Given that fact, Jamal Murray shouldn’t be surprised at the ejection. A player is never given the benefit of doubt on a low blow groin shot, because of how delicate that area is.
No matter how much you work out and condition yourself, you can never quite prepare yourself for taking a groin attack during a basketball game even with a sports cup on.
Hopefully Tim Hardaway Jr. can make a full recovery.
