Sovereign Citizen Movement Conspiracy Theory Claims Donald Trump is Sworn in as 19th President of America on March 4th 2021
A Sovereign Citizen movement conspiracy theory is claiming Donald Trump will be sworn in as the 19th President of America on March 4th, 2021. The evidence lies in an alleged law created in 1871, which turned the United States into a corporation and secretly banished the original American government. This 1871 law technically invalidated all amendments passed after it according to their claims.
Sovereign Citizen movement conspiracy theorist believe that in 1993 under this new US Corporation when Franklin D. Roosevelt ended the gold standard, he secretly began using a value system based on US citizens to do dealings with Foreign investors. This was the same year the Presidential inauguration date was changed from March 4th, to January 20th by this alleged US Corporation.
In other words if you believe in this theory of the 1871 law that incorporated the United States, the real presidential inauguration hasn’t happened yet, and the 26 presidents inaugurated since since the 18th president are also invalid. This technically leaves the field open for Trump to be inaugurated on March 4th, 2021 as the President of the United States government that existed prior to 1871, allegedly.

The Sovereign Citizen movement refers to people who believe they govern themselves, and choose what written laws to follow. They don’t believe in judges, law enforcement, and elected officials stipulating what laws hold power.
Based on that definition it’s no surprise that they did extensive research to come up with this conspiracy theory of Donald Trump being sworn in as US President on March 4th, 2021. The question remains do they have valid grounds for believing this?
