In the footage Cardi B was wearing a very short dress that showed a little too much skin, and a little too much cleavage. It was clearly inappropriate for a classroom situation for people of any age.
However, this is the same artist that made single about WAP in efforts to empower women, so people shouldn’t be surprised.
