In a viral video from Ronda Rousey’s mom revealed they had discovered her great grandfather is the first black physician in America, his name was Dr. Alfred Waddell. This means the father of Ronda Rousey’s Grandmother or Grandfather was black.

If you still believe in the 1 drop rule that was created during the time of slavery then Ronda Rousey is a black woman. If you don’t believe in the 1 drop rule then Ronda Rousey is still a mulatto woman, which most people still consider black. Which ever way you slice it Ronda Rousey technically can’t be considered a white woman anymore.
