Stockton Rappers MBNel and TC Low were arrested by FEDS in Operation Criptonyte. The two MC’s were part of over 30 people from Asian Boyz, Lil Ruthless Criminals Comstocc Crips, Muddy Boyz Crips, Asian Crips, Loctown Crips gangs arrested during the operation. They are all being charged with crimes including weapon, gang related violence, and drug offenses.
FEDS allege that the gangs started working together, which increased gang violence in the Stockton area. FEDS and Stockton Police arrested MBNel and TC Low on Thursday. The photo below is TC Low’s mugshot.
Back in August MBNel did an interview with DJ Vlad where he discussed what it was like being a Crip in Stockton and being shot at 22 times. It appears FEDS were already investigating him when this interview aired.
Police reports state that FEDS recovered $40K and over 34 weapons. They also found drugs including meth, ecstasy pills, and marijuana.
MBNel and TC Low were two of the most popular upcoming rappers trying to put Stockton back on the map. It appears their careers might be over already.
