Tory Lanez is still awaiting his trial for the Megan Thee Stallion shooting to start, but his actions from weeks ago may have limited the freedom he is currently enjoying. Back in September there was a rumor that Tory Lanez knocked out August Alsina. The evidence was photo, which allegedly showing August Alsina bleeding in a elevator after the alleged attack. Based on recent reports a judge decided that the incident is proof he’s a menace to society, but Tory Lanez’s lawyers believe differently.

According to reports the judge presiding over pretrial arrangements has place Tory Lanez under house arrest, and he will have to wear a GPS monitor. It’s alleged that prosecutors convinced the judge that Tory Lanez was a threat to the public, because he violated conditions of his bail when he allegedly attacked August Alsina. As aforementioned he posted photos of the injuries he allegedly sustained from being punched.

Tory Lanez’s lawyer Shawn Holley reportedly believes the house arrest isn’t warranted, because Alsina has not pressed charges, and there is no concrete proof a fight actually took place between them. The picture above was the only proof, and it seems his lawyer is insinuated it could possibly be fake. It definitely is strange that there is no video of the incident. Nevertheless, the judge allegedly decided Tory Lanez being on house arrest until the trial was the best option.
