California Principal Chris Christensen Suicide Letter Blaming His Wife Before Jumping to His Death at Disneyland Goes Viral
According to CDC suicide is one of the leading causes of death in America. Each year around 45,000 people die by suicide, which amounts to one suicide death every 11 minutes. When you take into account the entire world almost 800,000 people die by suicide each year, which amounts to 1 suicide death every 40 seconds. Sadly a California principal at FVSD named Chris Christensen is now part of that statistic, and he left a detailed explanation of why he decided to take his own life.
California Principal Chris Christensen Leaves Three Page Suicide Letter Blaming His Wife Marlene Before Jumping to His Death at Disney World
For many people the root of their happiness begins inside their home with family, so naturally a domestic dispute can be the root of unrelenting despair within a person’s physique. How people react to heartbreaking situations varies based on their personality and circumstances, sadly for Chris Christensen committing suicide was his unfortunate choice. Recently it was reported the respected California principal jumped to his death a Disneyland. Before doing saw Chris Christensen left a three page suicide letter blaming his wife and broken law system for setting in course the actions that led to him taking his own life.
In his suicide letter Christensen described having an intense argument with his wife Marlene, which led to her allegedly calling the police, and accusing him of hitting her. Police arrested Christensen, and he spent a night in jail before being released. According to his account his wife lied to police, and falsely accused him of striking her. He claimed she was remorseful when she realized the damage her alleged lie had caused. Unfortunately despite her coming forward an explaining she falsely accused him, Christensen claimed due to a flawed legal system he was unable to get his named cleared completely. The stress from the situation, and damage to his reputation led to Chris Christensen committing suicide by jumping to his death at Disneyland. Take a look at his three page suicide letter.
