With rumors of a breakup with his love interest Vanessa Valladares, some people think he was looking for a fresh start and got a fresh face to kickstart his new journey. Now people think Zac Efron got jaw plastic surgery to look like Giga Chad.

It’s possible that he saw all the memes and positive comments about his Giga Chad’s jaw, then decided to go for the same look. If that was his mission it might have backfired, because people on social media are worried after seeing his drastically different appearance.

Here is Zac Efron’s plastic surgery jaw side by side with Giga Chad’s jaw. You can see they are shaped almost identically. It almost seems like the plastic surgeon used his jaw as a reference point while sculpting Zac Efron’s new jawline.
