According to recent reports, police have confirmed that OMB Mellz was shot and killed in Brooklyn New York last night.
OMB Mellz was murdered in the New Jersey Ave and Fulton St. area of East Brooklyn. He was rushed by ambulance to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Some people believe OMB Mellz’s death is connected with other shootings in the same area, because he was allegedly a WOO affiliate. OMB Mellz died at only 18
Police are reportedly searching for the shooter by looking through hospital records of nearby hospitals to see if anyone came in with gunshot wounds. They believe the suspect was wounded during the shooting, and would have had to seek medical attention based on the report.
It’s been a bad year from Brooklyn rappers with numerous shooting deaths happening already this year, this is another tragic incident to add to that list.
