Chattanooga Football Coach Chris Malone FIRED After Dissing Stacey Abrams with Fat Albert Buffet Big Girl Joke
Chattanooga Football Coach Chris Malone was fired after dissing Stacey Abrams with a Fat Albert Buffet Big Girl joke.
In the now deleted tweet Chris Malone said, “Congratulations to the State of Georgia and Fat Albert Stacey Abrams. You have truly shown America the true works of cheating in an election, again. Enjoy the buffet Big Girl!. You earned it! Hope the money was good, still not governor“.

A statement was subsequently released by Chattanooga Football Head coach Rusty Wright confirming that Chris Malone was fired effective immediately.

In the sports saying how you feel politically is the worst thing you can do in the public realm, especially when you are directly insulting someone. It’s a very easy way to get yourself fired, and make it almost impossible to get hired somewhere else.
Was it really worth it for Chris Malone to diss Stacey Abrams? Probably not, but who knows how he feels right now. It’s possible he wanted to be fired.
Fat shaming someone is always wrong.
