According to police reports the Carlisle player who attacked Nevada player Ty Dittmer is Carter Prenosil of Des Moines, Iowa. Carter Prenosil was arrested and booked at Warren County Jail the day after the incident. He is being charged with “Willful Injury-causing Serious Injury”, which is considered a class C felony.
Based on Iowa law books for Class ‘C’ felonies, Carter Prenosil is facing ten years prison, and a fine up to $10,000. If he gets the maximum sentence he could be in jail until the age of 27.
