Is 03 Greedo a Snitch? Leaked Paperwork Party Evidence Allegedly Exposed Greedo Talked to DEA Agent

There’s an alleged paperwork party going on that exposed Jason Jamal Jackson, better known by his stage name 03 Greedo, is a rapper from Los Angeles who rose to fame in 2018 with his album The Wolf of Grape Street. However, his career was cut short when he was sentenced to 20 years in prison for drug and gun possession in the same year. He was released on parole in 2023 after serving four and a half years behind bars.

Is 03 Greedo a Snitch?

But recently, some leaked court documents have surfaced online that allegedly expose 03 Greedo as a snitch who gave a statement to police in relation to the incident that led to his arrest and conviction. According to the alleged court document, on June 28, 2016, around 10:47 a.m., a police officer pulled over a car for a traffic violation on Interstate 40.

The officer asked the driver for his license and registration, but 03 Greedo, who was in the passenger seat, said it was a rental car and handed over his ID cards instead. The driver, identified as Justin, admitted to the officer that he was driving with a suspended license. He also told the officer that he was helping 03 Greedo drive from Las Vegas to Houston, according to the alleged court document.

The officer then asked both men to exit the vehicle and began searching it. He allegedly found a box of Pampers diapers in the trunk that contained 4.2 pounds of methamphetamine hidden inside. He also found two stolen guns in the center console of the car. Both men were arrested and taken into custody.

The alleged court document states that 03 Greedo was interviewed by DEA Special Agent Reese at the Potter County Detention Center. During the interview, 03 Greedo allegedly admitted that he was paid $3,000 to drive from California to Houston, and that he felt there was something illegal going on, but he did not know that there was meth in the Pampers diaper box.

On the other hand, Justin allegedly refused to give any information to the police and requested a lawyer. He did not cooperate with the investigation or make any statements based on the court documents.

03 Greedo pleaded guilty to both charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and was sentenced to 20 years in prison in April 2018. He faced up to life in prison if he had gone to trial. Justin also pleaded guilty to the same charges and received a similar sentence.

The leaked court documents have sparked a controversy among fans and critics of 03 Greedo, who accuse him of being a snitch, and cooperating with the police to reduce his sentence. Others have defended him and argued that he technically did not snitch on anyone but himself.

However, he was the only one that was willing to give a statement to FEDS based on the paperwork party evidence. Does this situation meet the criteria for snitching? The debate on social media won’t be ending anytime soon.
