Is Former Patriots QB Scott Zolak Racist? Here is Why Scott Zolak Claiming Rap Music is Ruining Cam Newton Shows Hypocrisy of Boston Media
Former New England Patriots Quarterback Scott Zolak’s racist rant about Cam Newton is causing much controversy in the sports world. In a strange radio interview Scott Zolak said rap music was distracting Cam Newton.
During the viral interview Scott Zolak said,
“I’d turn off the rap music first of all, because I think it’s distracting for Cam. In-between every throw he’s dancing”.
What stood out most about what he said is the extreme hypocrisy, because there are numerous videos of Tom Brady dancing to rap music between throws at practice when he was with the Patriots.
It wasn’t a problem for him then, so why is he calling out Cam Newton? To many people the answer is simple, they feel Scott Zolak is racist.
Here’s the video of Cam Newton dancing at Patriot’s practice that Scott Zolak was criticizing.
Now here’s a video of Tom Brady doing the same thing when he was at Patriots practice. Scott Zolak never said a word about this.

The double standard is easy to see, and it is problem that has plagued Boston sports media for a long time.
Scott Zolak’s racist comments about Cam Newton and rap music aren’t surprising, because Boston is known as one of the most racially insensitive cities in the USA.
