In his tweet Jack Harlow was commenting on Lil Nas X’s directing skills, and said he was willing to do anything in his script including a shower scene together if he wanted. Lil Nas X responded to Jack Harlow’s shower scene revelation by saying they should reshoot the video. He jokingly added that he failed the gay community by not thinking of including him in the shower scene during the making of the video. Presumably he thought Harlow would be uncomfortable doing the scene, but what if Jack Harlow is gay too?

On the surface it’s easy to see why some people could interpret that exchange as Jack Harlow flirting with Lil Nas X, or vice versa. In some cases people would say they were shooting their shots at each other.
It would be a historical moment in hip-hop history if Jack Harlow started dating Lil Nas X, since something like that has never happened before.
