TI put Jay Z at number 2, behind Tupac on his all time list. After he caught wind of it, Jay Z allegedly called up T.I. to let him know he wasn’t feeling that decision.
It’s hard to say which rapper is better. Both rappers had a major influence on hip hop. However, I think it’s safe to assume Tupac had a much stronger cultural impact, that went beyond hip hop.
This is an argument where no two people will have the same answer. Just don’t let Jay Z know if you think Tupac is better, or he might call you up mad too.
