Dallas Mavericks worst nightmare just came true. Luka Doncic injured his ankle guarding Kawhi Leonard, and hopped for the court heading to the locker room during Clippers vs Mavericks Game 3. With Dallas down 10 points Luka Doncic sprained his ankle while sliding to stop Kawhi Leonard from scoring.
When he Luka Doncic fell to the floor holding his ankle in pain, Dallas fans everywhere held their breath. It looks almost as bad as Gordon Hayward’s grade 3 ankle sprain.

If Luka Doncic’s ankle injury is severe, it could cause him to miss at least 4 weeks. That would be a real blow to the Mavericks chances of surprising everyone and beating the Clippers.
