The Elma New York based electronic parts supplier Servotronics Inc. is in the midst of major controversy surrounding their now former CEO Kenneth D. Trbovich. The situation reached its boiling point when a employee filed a lawsuit against the company detailing how he was harassed for complaining about what was going on. The details of what Servotronics employees were being forced to do on business trips is incomprehensible.
Servotronics Inc. CEO Kenneth D. Trbovich Accused of Being Racist and Allegedly Forcing Employees to Engage in Risky Sexual Behavior Including Smashing Prostitutes
According to allegations in court documents Servotronics Inc. CEO Kenneth D. Trbovich forced his employees to smash prostitutes, visit brothels, strip clubs, and $ex shops while on overseas business trips. Employees also alleged that Servotronics Inc. CEO is racist, and actively engaged in discriminatory practices.
In addition employees claimed that Kenneth D. Trbovich would send them pictures of naked women, and urged female employees to date their coworkers. It’s alleged that during a business trip in Ohio he made an employee guard a tent while he smashed a female contractor inside it.
An investigation into the incidents started back in June after the unnamed employee filed a lawsuit.
After learning that the investigation would lead to him being fired, Kenneth D. Trbovich resigned as CEO of Servotronics. He was notified on December 1 about the findings of the investigation, and resigned before a meeting was supposed to take place where he was expected to address the accusations.
Kenneth D. Trbovich still maintains his innocence, and claims his employees are lying.
Despite resigning as CEO, Trbovich still holds position a Director of Servotronics Inc. However, he has been notified that they will not re-nominate him for election to the Board to directors during the 2022 shareholders meeting.
