Woman Drives Off on Hood Mechanic After He Fixes Her Starter Almost Running Him Over in Viral Video

Through the years you’ve probably seen people run out restaurants after ordering their food, so they don’t have to pay. Nowadays people are running off on mechanics to avoid car bills. In a viral video a woman drove off on a mechanic after her starter was fixed almost running him over.

Footage shows the mechanic’s look of shock as the woman started driving while he was still under her hood putting the final touches on the starter repair. After dodging the car, he ran to his car to attempt giving chase, but that woman was long gone. She wasn’t trying to pay that car repair bill.

The cost of a starter replacement repair ranges from $150 to $1,000 on average. Unless that woman was very broke, that hood mechanic was probably going to charge closer to upper range of the repair costs.

The good thing here is that it didn’t seem like anyone was hurt, because the situation could have been worse. Her car should be easy to find since it’s hot pink though.
