CEO of Positive Queens Veleda Spellman Exposes Racist Store Owner Who Accused Her of Stealing
A racist store owner is going viral after trying to get a black woman arrested for a crime she didn’t commit. CEO of Positive Queens Veleda Spellman exposed a store owner accusing her stealing while she was shopping.
In the footage Veleda Spellman dumps out all her bags and purse belongings on the floor, so the store owner can search through them on camera. When he realized she didn’t steal anything he started trying to act nice, and put everything back in her bags for her. When he found out she was broadcasting the situation to over 100K followers on TikTok you could see his heart dropped.
The situation sheds light on how racial profiling can lead to dangerous situations, and ruin people lives. This innocent woman who was just going about her business shopping was close to getting harassed by police only because she was black. That racist store owner messed with the wrong one that day though.
