Did Anthony Davis Tear His Achilles Tendon Against Nuggets? Deja Vu Hits Lakers as AD Injures his Achilles AGAIN
Did Anthony Davis tear his Achilles tendon? Anthony Davis is experiencing a bad case of Deja vu after injuring his Achilles tendon against the Nuggets again. Just like last time it looks like Anthony Davis ruptured his Achilles tendon, but it’s still not confirmed.
During the game AD tried driving past Nikola Jokic the grabbed at his Achilles after bumping legs with him. He was immediately taken back to the locker room.
At the moment preliminary reports are saying Anthony Davis reaggravated the right Achilles Tendinosis that caused him to miss the last two games. There is said to be massive swelling around that area of his leg, which isn’t a good sign. He is scheduled to undergo an MRI on Monday that will reveal if his Achilles is actually torn.
Pray for AD, hopefully it’s just something he needs to take more time to recover from.
