Dr. Dre is on life support after suffering a brain aneurysm. Reports say Dr. Dre is currently in ICU, but his condition is improving and he is expected to survive. There are no reports saying Dr. Dre is dead. Doctors are reportedly frantically working to figure out what led to it happening.
Celebrities reacted to Dr. Dre’s brain aneurysm news sending out their prayers and describing moments where he impacted their lives. Some of the most emotional reactions came from G-Eazy, Missy Elliot, and Frank Young.
In a message to Dr. Dre, Frank Young wrote “You saved my life now maybe it’s my turn to save yours. Get up, Dre, I’m dying, I need you, come back. Hang in there, Dr. Dre“.
Dr. Dre’s brain aneurysm happened after a blood vessel in his brain weakened, causing it to fill blood and balloon to an abnormal size. When that ballooned blood vessel ruptures it can cause life threatening bleeding in the brain. Most brain aneurysms occur near the base of the skull.
Dr. Dre is only 55, which is way too young to go. Hopefully he can survive this scary ordeal. 2021 is off to a sad start in the hip-hop universe.
