Ebro Exposes DJ Akademiks in Rant Accusing Him Of Being a Suburbanite With a Fetish For Gangster Lifestyle

Ebro had the time of day today, and his target was DJ Akademiks. In a lengthy rant Ebro exposed DJ Akademiks promoting a lifestyle he knows nothing about, and would be scared to be a part of.

Ebro described DJ Akademiks as a suburbanite with a fetish for gangster lifestyle. He pointed out that DJ Akademiks promotes negative aspects of hip-hop culture, and also likes rappers who aren’t good at rapping. In essence he is saying DJ Akademiks is a culture vulture of the worst form. During the segment they pointed out how DJ Akademiks always defends himself by pointing how much money he’s making, which actually supports the negative things they are saying about him.

Ebro’s DJ Akademiks rant follows the same sentiment other celebrities stated when speaking out against his influence in hip-hop on social media in the past.

When you look at the history of rappers DJ Akademiks heavily likes it includes guys like Tekashi69, who are also considered culture vultures, so Ebro might be onto something. No one promotes Tekashi 6IX9INE more than DJ Akademiks, which says a lot about him as a person in terms of what he wants to contribute to hip-hop culture.

Does DJ Akademiks really represent a bad aspect of hip-hop culture? At the end of the day he’s doing the same thing a lot of rappers do to get rich. Promote a lifestyle they don’t actually live, and want no parts of.
