Is Conor McGregor Leaving on Stretcher at UFC 264 Karma For Guaranteeing Dustin Poirier Would Leave on Stretcher?
In the closing minutes of the first round of the UFC 264 main event Conor McGregor broke his ankle while exchanging blows with Dustin Poirier. As a result Conor McGregor was on a stretcher as he left the UFC 264 arena, which is ironic considering his trash talk leading up to the fight.
During multiple interviews before their fight Conor McGregor said Dustin Poirier would leave on a stretcher at UFC 264. In the end it was Conor McGregor on a stretcher looking up at the crowd in embarrassment and pain. Was this matter of Karma? Or a matter of good vs evil like Khabib said after the match?

Talk about having to eat your own words. How often do you see people going out the way they guaranteed their opponent would? This would be the second time where disastrous things happened when McGregor tried taking the bully route leading up to a fight. First he tried to expose Dustin Poirier’s wife on social media, then proudly said he was going to try and really hurt him.
When it was all said and done Conor McGregor was on a stretcher leaving the same way he said Dustin Poirier would. This may be one of the most brutal cases of sports karma ever.
