Back in October 2021 Fetty Wap was one of five people arrested and charged with selling Fentanyl, Heroin, and illegal guns. At the time Fetty Wap was arrested at Citi Field. Court documents showed evidence that Fetty Wap was working with a corrections officer named Anthony Cyntje who was one of the 5 arrested. In August 2022 Fetty Wap was sentenced to at least 5 years in prison. His latest jail photo has the internet buzzing.
New Prison Photo of Fetty Wap in Jail Looking Depressed Behind Muscular Man Goes Viral
A recent prison photo shows Fetty Wap in jail dressed in his brown jumpsuit as he stands behind a very muscular man. In the photo he looks very depressed, which isn’t surprising considering what he’s going through. Before being arrested Fetty Wap was already going through the pain of losing his young daughter. Inside that cell where he’s alone with his thoughts most of the day can really be like mental torture.
Did Correctional Officer Anthony Cyntje Snitch on Fetty Wap Before FEDS Arrested Him?
Back in June 2020 Anthony Cyntje was was charged with being part of another New York drug trafficking ring where FEDS found $1.5 Million cash, 16 kilograms of cocaine, 2 kilograms of heroin, and over 3,000 Oxycodone pills. Anthony Cyntje was charged with conspiracy and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Fetty Wap was not part of the case at the time, but that’s where things get a bit cloudy.
Despite those Federal charges, Anthony Cyntje who was 22 years old at the time was released from jail after being arraigned. About 1 year later FEDS arrested Anthony Cyntje again, but they also had a new evidence to charge Fetty Wap with selling Fentanyl and Heroin.
Fetty Wap’s prison photo is sad, because this is only the beginning of his five year sentence. He has a long way to go before he’s a free man again.
