So far there is no information saying Lil Marlo was murdered, so it sounds like it may have been of natural causes or possibly an overdose. However, his death just happened so confirmed details should be out in a few hours. Lil Marlo was a father of several kids who will now grow up without a dad.
In Atlanta he was doing big things, and was captivating hip hop fans from everywhere with his hit singles such as “1st N 3rd”. It’s so sad that Lil Marlo is dead now, hopefully there was no foul play. Hip Hop has seen a lot of tragedy this year, and this just adds on to the emotional pain. RIP Lil Marlo.
