Another tragic Hollywood incident related to Fentanyl may have just occurred. According to reports The Wire actor Michael K. Williams aka Omar Little is dead. Reports say he was found dead inside his Brooklyn Penthouse apartment.

At the moment Michael K. Williams’ cause of death hasn’t been confirmed, but police found drugs possibly including heroin and fentanyl in his home. This leads law enforcement to believe that Michael K. Williams overdosed on Fentanyl or Heroin. Reports say Michael K. Williams’ dead body was found by his nephew. Police have ruled out any possibility of homicide, because there was no signs that anyone entered his apartment.
