In age group of 70-79, a person who is double vaccinated is 34% more likely to catch COVID in comparison to an unvaccinated person in the same a group.

The disparity slightly levels out again in the oldest age group, but still shows COVID vaccine increases the rate of infection. For people ages 80 or older a double-vaxxed person is 9.9% more likely to contract COVID-19 than an unvaccinated person.
