Steve Harvey’s Daughter Lori Harvey Arrested for Hit and Run after she Runs on Foot away from Wreck
Lori Harvey, the stepdaughter of comedian and TV host Steve Harvey, was arrested on Sunday night in Beverly Hills after a hit-and-run accident. According to the Beverly Hills Police Department, Harvey, 22, was driving a Mercedes SUV when she collided with a parked vehicle, causing her car to flip over.
The driver of the other car, who was not injured, tried to help Harvey out of the wreck, but she allegedly fled the scene on foot.
The police soon located Harvey and detained her for questioning. She was charged with two misdemeanors: one count of resisting, delaying, or obstructing a peace officer, and one count of hit-and-run resulting in property damage.
She was not booked, but received a citation and a promise to appear in court on Jan. 21, 2020. She also reportedly called her father, Steve Harvey, on FaceTime while she was being arrested.
Harvey is a model and social media influencer, who has been making headlines for her romantic relationships. She was previously engaged to Dutch soccer player Memphis Depay, but they broke up in 2018.
She then dated rapper Trey Songz, but they split in February 2019. She was also linked to Justin Combs, the son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, before she started dating the rap mogul himself in July 2019.
However, their relationship ended in October 2019, shortly before Harvey’s arrest4. In December 2019, she sparked rumors that she was dating rapper Future, after he posted a photo of them together on Instagram.
