The New Yorker in Carmelo Anthony really came out as he was standing in the way of one of the court exits. As security guards were trying to warn him about Isaiah Stewart possibly coming his direction the fearless Carmelo Anthony said,
“He’s not coming this way”.
Right after he made that statement Cory Joseph walks by Carmelo Anthony, which led to him saying,
“Why are you over here”.
The whole interaction between them seemed like a skit from a TV show. It was unintentional comedic gold.
In a game where Lakers found themselves down double digits in the third quarter, Carmelo Anthony’s incredible shooting performance help will them to a comeback win with LeBron watching in the locker room. His efficiency was unreal scoring 18 points on only 8 shots, showing once again he can fill up the scoring column with limited touches.
