Over the past 5 years they have had multiple breakups, but still remained a love interest for one another. In particular his voice and mannerisms have made a complete 180, so much so that some people think Khloe Kardashian turned Tristan Thompson gay.

The evidence supporting the conspiracy that Khloe Kardashian has changed Tristan Thompson into a gay man comes from an episode of their reality show. For people who haven’t heard him talk in the past they probably thought that is the way he just sounds, but when you compare the footage to older videos you realize Tristan Thompson sounds like a completely difference person.

Now take a look at Exhibit B from when Tristan Thompson was on the Cavaliers many years ago in 2017 when he had only dated Khloe Kardashian for less than a year.
It’s really unbelievable that the guy in the video above is the same Tristan Thompson from the footage with Khloe Kardashian.
If Tristan Thompson is gay there’s nothing wrong with that though, it’s his personal choice. However, it would make Khloe Kardashian his secret “beard”. Hollywood is unpredictable like that though.
